Level Select
When you start a game it will tell you that you are on level one. At this screen press UP to increase the level number. Press START when you have selected the desired level.

Hey this is all a bit involved for me.. (I don't bother with games. Not interested any more...) ... but hey well done on posting all those tips and technicalities up that info must have taken you AGES to collect ...!
